The ALDAR Headquarters is the first circular disc-shaped building in the Middle East. It was awarded as the ‘Best Futuristic Design 2008’ by the Building Exchange (BEX) Conference.
The BMU system for the ALDAR Headquarters is unlike any other in the world. The machine travels around a circular track, and has the ability to self level the entire machine as it moves around the perimeter of the building.
The bespoke machine has a twin jib design along with a central cradle. The twin jibs can work simultaneously to improve the cleaning cycle of the main elevations for the client. The third central cradle is used to clean the smaller centre elevation.
