The proposed incorporation combines the strengths of E.W. Cox and GomyL s.a. to create a robust, balanced and diverse product portfolio. We aim to strengthen the relationships within our distribution networks and to stand in a better position to deliver the best solutions to our customers.

The senior leadership team intends to combine key talents from both companies to ensure the continued operation, and all awarded contracts will be seamlessly delivered on time as committed. The current management of both E.W. Cox and GomyL s.a. and all the production facilities of both companies will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
